This Friday, December 5, at 6:30 p.m., in the Plaça de la Unió Europea, the lighting of the lights with the Christmas Tree will begin. A great popular chocolate, accompanied by music, will sweeten an afternoon of Christmas decorations that will show in all its splendor the beauty of the streets of the municipality and the friendliness of its people.

From this week, the Christmas spirit will permeate all the streets of the municipality. The main streets of the town centre, the commercial boulevard and the beach will be decorated with lights, mistletoe and typical decorations of these dates. The municipal tourist offices will also wear the typical details to remind the tourist who visits us that in this town the Christmas festivities are celebrated in style and that no detail is missing.

With the switching on of the Christmas lights, the programming begins to make this Christmas unforgettable. On the weekend of December 12 to 14, the long-awaited Christmas Market will be held in the Plaça de la Unió Europea. There will be more than fifty stalls of crafts and typical gastronomy of these dates, as well as games, workshops and animation. The cultural agenda will complete the activities that are planned to make Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Eve and Three Kings Day unforgettable for the residents and visitors of Finestrat.
